{"id":1317,"date":"2019-09-20T12:55:09","date_gmt":"2019-09-20T11:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iguala3.org\/?p=1317"},"modified":"2019-09-20T12:55:12","modified_gmt":"2019-09-20T11:55:12","slug":"los-gerentes-de-servicios-sociales-suspenden-a-castilla-la-mancha-en-la-reversion-de-recortes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iguala3.org\/index.php\/2019\/09\/20\/los-gerentes-de-servicios-sociales-suspenden-a-castilla-la-mancha-en-la-reversion-de-recortes\/","title":{"rendered":"Los gerentes de Servicios Sociales suspenden a Castilla-La Mancha en la reversi\u00f3n de recortes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo estudio de esta asociaci\u00f3n, es una de las regiones que mantienen un mayor recorte de pol\u00edticas sociales en los \u00faltimos diez a\u00f1os<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Soci.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1325\" width=\"458\" height=\"402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Soci.jpeg 620w, https:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Soci-300x264.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Soci-600x528.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 458px) 100vw, 458px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nada positivos son para Castilla-La Mancha los \u00faltimos datos publicados por la Asociaci\u00f3n Estatal de Directoras y Gerentes de Servicios Sociales, que ha elaborado un informe con la evoluci\u00f3n del gasto en pol\u00edticas sociales de las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas entre 2009, antes de agudizarse la crisis econ\u00f3mica, y el ejercicio de 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el estudio, este colectivo desagrega los datos en cuant\u00edas absolutas conforme a los presupuestos p\u00fablicos y tambi\u00e9n los porcentajes derivados de su desarrollo en estos nueve a\u00f1os. Incluye en las pol\u00edticas sociales la sanidad, la educaci\u00f3n y los servicios sociales, y apunta tambi\u00e9n los presupuestos prorrogados en varias comunidades como Castilla-La Manca durante el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, conforme al ranking auton\u00f3mico, establece que nueve comunidades aut\u00f3nomas habr\u00edan recuperado, en t\u00e9rminos absolutos, el gasto social previo a los recortes provocados por la crisis: Baleares, Comunitat Valenciana, Navarra, Pa\u00eds Vasco, Cantabria, Murcia, La Rioja, Asturias y Extremadura. En el lado contrario sit\u00faa a las dos regiones que mantienen un mayor recorte en t\u00e9rminos porcentuales en estos a\u00f1os a pesar de su \u201crecuperaci\u00f3n. Son Castilla-La Mancha (15,46%) y Catalu\u00f1a (19,91%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atendiendo al gasto concreto en servicios sociales, el informe apunta que todas regiones excepto Castilla-La Mancha, Galicia, Andaluc\u00eda y Catalunya recuperaron el a\u00f1o pasado el nivel de gasto en servicios sociales que exist\u00eda antes de los recortes provocados por la crisis. As\u00ed, mientras destaca el incremento del 82,4% de autonom\u00edas como la Comunitat Valenciana, se\u00f1ala que a Castilla-La Mancha \u201ca\u00fan le falta por recuperar m\u00e1s de una cuarta parte de su inversi\u00f3n en servicios sociales en relaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o 2009\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sanidad y educaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los datos no son mejores en cuanto a la evoluci\u00f3n del gasto en sanidad. En este caso, Castilla-La Mancha tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 entre las regiones cuya inversi\u00f3n en este \u00e1rea ha bajado m\u00e1s, y tambi\u00e9n ocupa el lugar m\u00e1s bajo de la tabla junto a Catalunya, donde m\u00e1s nivel de recortes se mantienen. En total, figura un descenso de la inversi\u00f3n del 11,7% en nueve a\u00f1os, con un valor absoluto de 371 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y en cuanto a las inversiones educativas, tampoco est\u00e1 esta comunidad aut\u00f3noma entre las regiones que m\u00e1s han revertido los recortes. La Asociaci\u00f3n Estatal de Directoras y Gerentes Sociales vuelve a destacar a Castilla-La Mancha, ahora junto a La Rioja, como la comunidad aut\u00f3noma cuyo gasto en este sector ha sido en 2018 inferior en m\u00e1s de un 15% al que realiz\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrupando todas las \u00e1reas analizadas, este colectivo alerta de que el estancamiento pol\u00edtico y la consiguiente ausencia de presupuestos \u201cponen en serio peligro el sostenimiento de unos servicios p\u00fablicos esenciales que podr\u00edan volver a la senda del
