{"id":2163,"date":"2022-07-27T11:25:11","date_gmt":"2022-07-27T10:25:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iguala3.org\/?p=2163"},"modified":"2022-07-27T11:25:14","modified_gmt":"2022-07-27T10:25:14","slug":"la-diputacion-de-toledo-mantiene-el-apoyo-al-dano-cerebral-por-septimo-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iguala3.org\/index.php\/2022\/07\/27\/la-diputacion-de-toledo-mantiene-el-apoyo-al-dano-cerebral-por-septimo-ano\/","title":{"rendered":"LA DIPUTACI\u00d3N DE TOLEDO MANTIENE EL APOYO AL DA\u00d1O CEREBRAL POR S\u00c9PTIMO A\u00d1O"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Efectivamente, desde el a\u00f1o 2016 <strong>Iguala3<\/strong> viene firmando un convenio con la <strong>Excelent\u00edsima Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Toledo<\/strong> para el desarrollo del proyecto \u201c<em>Apoyo a menores de edad cuyos familiares sufren da\u00f1o cerebral<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"149\" class=\"wp-image-2165\" style=\"width: 300px;\" src=\"http:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/logodipu1.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/logodipu1.png 798w, https:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/logodipu1-300x149.png 300w, https:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/logodipu1-768x382.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">El proyecto mantiene el mismo esp\u00edritu que en sus inicios: potenciar el desarrollo de los menores en cuya familia alguien ha sufrido Da\u00f1o Cerebral. Cuando \u00e9ste sucede, Hay que indicar que las consecuencias conductuales son las menos visibles, y frecuentemente se dan solo \u201cde puertas para adentro\u201d, cuando no hay personas ajenas a la familia. Los cambios repentinos de humor, las altas exigencias a las personas que les rodean, la apat\u00eda, las reacciones exageradas ante novedades (o la absoluta falta de reacciones), la desinhibici\u00f3n sexual\u2026 suelen ir de la mano de la sobrecarga de los cuidadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los n\u00facleos familiares con personas que tienen DCS todos sus miembros tienen que redise\u00f1ar sus roles. Los menores se enfrentan a situaciones carentes de l\u00f3gica, que no entienden. Lo que antes se aceptaba en la din\u00e1mica familiar, ahora puede ser una trasgresi\u00f3n, y viceversa. El riesgo de fracaso escolar, la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n, los problemas de comunicaci\u00f3n entre menores y adultos, etc. son realidades m\u00e1s frecuentes en estas familias. Tambi\u00e9n es m\u00e1s frecuente la desestructuraci\u00f3n; de hecho, todas han de reestructurarse tras ocurrir el DCS, y algunas no lo consiguen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este mismo sentido, dentro de dichos n\u00facleos familiares las personas m\u00e1s vulnerables son los menores que, adem\u00e1s de no entender la nueva situaci\u00f3n, tienen pocas herramientas para afrontar este cambio dr\u00e1stico que se produce en la familia. La gravedad de esta situaci\u00f3n la recoge la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud como factor de riesgo para el desarrollo del menor, indicando las posibles consecuencias que pueda originar: problemas para establecer v\u00ednculos afectivos, estados de \u00e1nimo bajo (depresi\u00f3n), niveles de ansiedad muy elevados, fracaso escolar, etc. realidades que contrastamos en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda con estas familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la intervenci\u00f3n no se realiza en un primer momento dotando de estrategias de afrontamiento al menor, dichas deficiencias se ir\u00e1n arrastrando en los siguientes estadios, agravando las carencias exponencialmente, y siendo m\u00e1s compleja y costosa la intervenci\u00f3n posterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DATOS DE INTER\u00c9S<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En 2021 fueron 57 menores atendidos, localizados en 30 domicilios de la provincia de Toledo<\/strong>. Algunos datos del programa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"A\"><li><strong>En 17 familias es el padre o la madre quien ha padecido el DCS. En esta situaci\u00f3n conviven 35 menores<\/strong>. Como en a\u00f1os anteriores, este es el paradigma m\u00e1s complejo y dif\u00edcil en el que estamos trabajando. Una de las figuras de autoridad deja de serlo, se desdibuja, se dan cambios de criterios sobre normas, en su humor y comportamiento\u2026<\/li><li><strong>En 3 familias es un hermano o hermana quien ha sufrido DCS. En esta situaci\u00f3n conviven 4 menores<\/strong>. Se observa en estos menores una negativa a aceptar una nueva situaci\u00f3n en la que ellos pasan a un segundo plano, por no recibir tanta atenci\u00f3n como el hermano o la hermana que ha tenido la lesi\u00f3n cerebral.<\/li><li><strong>En 10 familias conviven abuelos con DCS y nietos; el n\u00ba de nietos menores de edad en estos casos es de 18<\/strong>.
