Con el segundo episodio, que se produjo al d\u00eda siguiente, no tuvo dudas ni tampoco posibilidad de recibir una medicaci\u00f3n que seguramente le hubiera evitado unas secuelas que le mantuvieron un a\u00f1o con su vida aparcada.\u00a0Su cuerpo era una bomba de relojer\u00eda pero \u00e9l no era consciente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNo supe hacer frente al estr\u00e9s que ten\u00eda [trabajaba en un puesto de direcci\u00f3n en una empresa inform\u00e1tica], que no era mayor que el de mis compa\u00f1eros pero su d\u00eda a d\u00eda era distinto al m\u00edo, ellos eran capaces para sacar media o una hora al d\u00eda para cuidarse. <strong>No supe gestionar ese tipo de estr\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00bb, reconoce ahora cinco a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de haber sufrido esos dos episodios y ya casi totalmente recuperado de sus secuelas. Sabe que como \u00e9l asociaba esta enfermedad a la vejez, lo mismo le ocurre a la mayor\u00eda de las personas.<\/p>\n<p>Julio recibi\u00f3 las primeras se\u00f1ales de que se estaba produciendo un ictus un agosto de hace cinco a\u00f1os, cuando estaba de vacaciones. Pens\u00f3 que estaba cansado, que hab\u00eda llevado a su hijo a cuestas mucho tiempo y que por eso le dol\u00eda tanto la cabeza, estaba mareado, ten\u00eda hormigueo en el cuerpo&#8230; No le dio importancia. Al d\u00eda siguiente, sufri\u00f3 el segundo ictus: <strong>hab\u00eda perdido el habla, no coordinaba su parte derecha del cuerpo, no pod\u00eda levantarse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad Julio es un hombre nuevo. Con esfuerzo personal \u00a0y ayuda de profesionales ha rehecho su vida.
