En varios casos, este <i>continuum<\/i> comienza con el deterioro cognitivo leve, en el que las actividades diarias se conservan a pesar de la presencia de cierto deterioro cognitivo sobre todo por aspectos de memoria.<\/p>\n<p>La posibilidad de tener un marcador neurofisiol\u00f3gico fiable y sensible, que pudiera utilizarse para la detecci\u00f3n precoz de la enfermedad de Alzheimer, ser\u00eda una herramienta diagn\u00f3stica extremadamente valiosa en una enfermedad de gran prevalencia entre la poblaci\u00f3n. Un <b><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27616726\">estudio<\/a><\/u><\/b> se ha planteado buscar la fiabilidad de la negatividad auditiva de desadaptaci\u00f3n como marcador capaz de identificar la progresi\u00f3n del deterioro cognitivo leve en la enfermedad de Alzheimer.
