{"id":902,"date":"2017-10-19T09:24:02","date_gmt":"2017-10-19T08:24:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iguala3.org\/?p=902"},"modified":"2017-10-19T09:24:02","modified_gmt":"2017-10-19T08:24:02","slug":"ictus-tiempo-cerebro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iguala3.org\/index.php\/2017\/10\/19\/ictus-tiempo-cerebro\/","title":{"rendered":"En el ictus, el tiempo es cerebro"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"TXT1_mobile\">\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ictus.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-903 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ictus-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"349\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ictus-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iguala3.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ictus.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 349px) 100vw, 349px\" \/><\/a>Neuropsic\u00f3logos, m\u00e9dicos y pacientes<\/strong>\u00a0han alertado de que en el ictus \u00ab<strong>el tiempo es cerebro\u00bb ya que cada minuto que pasa sin tratarlo son neuronas y tejido cerebral \u00abperdido\u00bb,<\/strong>\u00a0y han asegurado que controlando los factores de riesgo y<strong>\u00a0trat\u00e1ndolos adecuadamente el 90 por ciento de los ictus se pueden prevenir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Se trata de una\u00a0<strong>alteraci\u00f3n de la circulaci\u00f3n cerebral que compromete la llegada de la sangre al cerebro y que afecta a 120.000 personas cada a\u00f1o<\/strong>\u00a0en Espa\u00f1a. De hecho, se considera que es la\u00a0<strong>segunda causa de muerte entre la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola, la primera en la mujer<\/strong>\u00a0y origina la muerte o discapacidad grave en el 50 por ciento de los casos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn el ictus el tiempo es cerebro y\u00a0<strong>es necesario que la poblaci\u00f3n conozca bien los principales factores de riesgo y las medidas m\u00e1s adecuadas para actuar<\/strong>\u00a0ante un ictus porque con ellas se puede salvar la vida al afectado y reducir las probabilidades de que padezca secuelas graves\u00bb, ha argumentado la coordinadora del Grupo de Estudio de Enfermedades Cerebrovasculares de la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Neurolog\u00eda (SEN), Mar\u00eda Alonso de Leci\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<div id=\"TXT2_to_6_mobile\">\n<p>En concreto, la doctora ha recordado que los principales factores de riesgo son la hipertensi\u00f3n, colesterol elevado, diabetes, arritmias cardiacas, obesidad, sedentarismo, estr\u00e9s o elevado consumo de tabaco, alcohol y drogas, entre otros. Unos s\u00edntomas que pueden derivar en un ictus, el cual se suele\u00a0<strong>manifestar con la paralizaci\u00f3n parcial del cuerpo (incluido la cara), p\u00e9rdida brusca de fuerza o sensibilidad, problemas de expresi\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>o de entendimiento, p\u00e9rdida brusca de la visi\u00f3n y de la estabilidad y un dolor muy intenso de cabeza.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, prosigue la doctora, es necesario que cuando una persona detecte que otra puede estar padeciendo un ictus le pida que le sonr\u00eda, levante los brazos y le responda a cualquier cuesti\u00f3n, ya que con esos s\u00edntomas y si no puede realizar uno de estos actos es muy probable que lo est\u00e9 padeciendo. \u00ab<strong>Hay que llamar al 112, no hay que trasladarlo a Urgencias, sino llamar a una ambulancia y que sean los profesionales los que valoren el caso<\/strong>\u00a0y lo lleven al hospital\u00bb, ha apostillado.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, y pese a la importancia que tiene actuar r\u00e1pido ante un ictus y la elevada incidencia que hay en Espa\u00f1a, el presidente de la asociaci\u00f3n Freno al Ictus, Julio Agredano, ha lamentado el\u00a0<strong>\u00abdesconocimiento\u00bb que existe entre la sociedad sobre esta enfermedad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Precisamente con el objetivo de mejorar el conocimiento social y, por ende, reducir el n\u00famero de casos, el Consejo General de Farmac\u00e9uticos, la SEN y la asociaci\u00f3n de pacientes Freno al Ictus han puesto en marcha una campa\u00f1a de prevenci\u00f3n para dar a conocer a la poblaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las oficinas de farmacia los riesgos de esta enfermedad, c\u00f3mo prevenirla y c\u00f3mo actuar.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, seg\u00fan ha informado el presidente del Consejo General de Farmac\u00e9uticos, Jes\u00fas Aguilar, se van a distribuir en las\u00a0<strong>farmacias 22.000 posters y 220.000 d\u00edpticos en las cuatro lenguas cooficiales<\/strong>, as\u00ed como una gu\u00eda sobre las manifestaciones cl\u00ednicas, etiolog\u00eda, manejo en fase aguda, tratamiento farmacol\u00f3gico y el papel que puede jugar el farmac\u00e9utico.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<strong>M\u00e1s de dos millones de personas entran cada d\u00eda a una farmacia en Espa\u00f1a, lo que pone de manifiesto el importante valor que aporta a la sociedad.<\/strong>\u00a0Y es que, si las administraciones sanitarias quieren desarrollar una verdadera pol\u00edtica de salud p\u00fablica deben contar con los farmac\u00e9uticos porque llegamos al 99 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n, sin listas de espera y las 24 horas del d\u00eda\u00bb, ha zanjado Aguilar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Neuropsic\u00f3logos, m\u00e9dicos y pacientes\u00a0han alertado de que en el ictus \u00abel tiempo es cerebro\u00bb ya que cada minuto que pasa sin tratarlo son neuronas y tejido cerebral \u00abperdido\u00bb,\u00a0y han asegurado que controlando los factores de riesgo y\u00a0trat\u00e1ndolos adecuadamente el 90 por ciento de los ictus se pueden prevenir.
